TAC-B sensor: setup objects differentiation by speed

This functionallity available since firmware v1.6

TAC-B sensor can differentiate objects by speed.
User can setup Gates and Zones to count PEDESTRIANS ONLY, CYCLISTS ONLY, or ANY objects.

The typical speed for pedestrians is around 5 km/h. The average speed of a runner is 5-8 km/h, the only exception being speed running, which is not normally used in everyday life. For a vehicle such as a bicycle or electric scooter, a speed of 8 km/h is not a comfortable ride. Normally, the speed of such objects is 10-20 km/h and higher.

In this way, object speed can be used for robust differentiate objects by type.
